I have made this recipe a few times and last time I made it I decided to buy two of all the ingredients so I would have them on hand. I was so happy to have them handy Christmas day when we decided we didn't want to go out and all I had to do was throw it together and within 30 min. we had soup and tortillas....yum.
It is good with tortilla chips, tortilla's or crackers.

It looks delicious. I love soup, especially in the winter.
looks and sounds so good!! there is nothing more comforting than a bowl of homemade soup in winter!! and forget the crackers, we love a big ole' loaf of crusty bread!! hehehehe
I make this one too and it's good! And it's a good idea to have the ingredients on hand for a quick supper!
