There have actually been a few times in Oklahoma that I have have been able to understand this.

I'm not from Arizona but I take it it is hot out there.
I have driven through Arizona, The worst part was driving to Phoenix on I-8 in the middle of the night. No lights anywhere. Just concentrated dark.
I Have lived along the Colorado River since 1978. I came here to design and build my own house. I would not live anywhere else. It was only 105 degrees today, waiting for it to get hot.
