This is Toby
We had him over 15 years and about 6 months ago he was diagnosed with a chronic disease that made him pick all his feather out and all they could do was give him pain medication. That medication began to affect his liver negatively and we decided not to ride that roller coaster and put him down.
It has sure left a big empty spot........

There is nothing harder than having to put down a PET. Peace be with you and RIP Toby
I'm sorry that you have a hole in your heart: it is terribly difficult to say good-bye to pets. I hope you have lots of photos of Toby. Seeing them will remind you just how special he was.
I am so sorry for your lost, pets are part of the family too and it is always hard to lose a family member!
He was a pretty bird and I am so sad for you loss. Did he travel with you?
