A-Z Challenge Letter I


 

Italian Dressing (homemade)




Mix together 1 1/2 C. salad oil, 1 C. white vinegar, 1/4 C sugar, 1/2 C. finely minced onion, 3 tsp. dry basil and 3 tsp. oregano.

Will keep in the refrigerator for months. Shake well before serving.

Thanks for sharing this classic recipe. I'm not a fan of Italian dressing but I use it for a marinade occasionally.

I've been making more and more of my own salad dressings. They're easy to make and taste better than bottled dressings. This one sounds good.
