I have never owned a cat so have to admit that I know very little about them. I did fall in love with one though....I was in Hawaii staying in a rain forest and this beautiful white cat took a liking to me. It would wait until we came home from our outings and jump up on my lap as soon as I sat on the porch and begin to purr......I came home and searched it out it it was....

I recently ran across a video about cats liking catnip and had to admit I had no idea what that was.
It is a perennial herb belonging to the mint family and can invoke a psychosexual reaction in some cats.....check it out

We almost bought a house if they would include their cat. The sign outside said "Beware Attack Cat" and I swear I have never heard a cat hiss and growl protecting property like this one. He thought he was some kind of tiger for sure.
