Wheat Field

I borrowed this picture this morning. It reminded me of the time I spent in Montana as a kid visiting my Grandparents. Montana is flat and when the wind blows the wheat field looks like waves of water and the smell.......................you will never forget the wonderful clean fresh smell. Thanks for the memory Kidscattleblog.

I love wheat fields... Here in the midwest, I get to enjoy them alot.

After a recent visit to El Paso, I was so delighted to be driving into Kansas that I stopped at the first wheat field I cam to and just enjoyed how green and beautiful it was...

In the desert, everything that comes out of the ground is sharp!! Not so in Kansas or Missouri. I love the midwest!

Hey? It's Oklahoma where the "waving wheat can sure smell sweet". Okay, I guess Montana can have some too.

It means SUMMER whenever I see a field of wheat waving in the breeze.

Thanks for leaving a message on my blog. I've done a quick post just to show that I haven't fallen off the edge of the earth, and hopefully will be back to writing regularly soon.
Wheat fields are a lovely sight.
