Isn't this an interesting advertisement? After 35 years of smoking like a steam engine I finally succeeded in quiting neatly 12 years ago. All I can say is that I have never regretted it. With the cost of living the way it is I can't imagine the quilt I would feel at buying cigarettes.
How about you....did you or do you smoke?
How about you....did you or do you smoke?
If you want to quit....I am telling you it is worth the agony to do so and if you have already quit....I say CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!

I tried it like most teenagers but with the first puff, I could not figure out the why people enjoyed it so that is my story. My Dad and lots of relatives had the habit, but Dad quit and then he was on a mission to get the others to quit. I think he succeeded with a couple of them.
I think you should be very proud that you quit. Have a great weekend. Peace
After smoking 42 years, I had my last cigarette on November 6,
2003. That is the day of my AMI (Acute Myocardial Infarction). Leaving the hospital after first stent and four days on morphine, I did not desire a cigarette and am blessed that I have not had any urges to smoke these past five years.
Congratulationss to you for making it 12 years. I'd say you should have the habit kicked.
Awesome job!
I (stupidly) smoked for 2 years, quitting in 1978.

its a lot bigger than the old patch, so what you do is stick them over your eyes and then you can't find your fags, solved.
