YouTube - Cockatoo Dance

I am a bird lover and this video is amazing...be sure to see the end:)

This is my bird and as you can see he picks the feathers off the top of his wings. We don't know why he chooses to do this....one theory is because the tops of his wings are red:)
He doesn't dance but he does high five and he talks. He rattles off all kinds of conversation if the radio is on. We think it is because he thinks we can't hear him but when it is quiet he only says just a few things....Hello, Bob (my husbands name) and bye, bye later.
Any guess to his name?

Hehehe I'm still giggling about the cockatoo video, specially the grand flourish at the end! Your bird is lovely, such gorgeous colours. And his name? Well, er... um... Polly?

Must be another Bob! Poor wing. Is he stressed? Can you put one of those funnel collars on him until it heals? What a sweetie!

He looks big - wonder if his wing is very sore.

He is a medium sized bird but he packs a big bite! I am the only one that can handle him so guess when I am gone he will have to go the the zoo and find a girlfriend:) I think chewing the top of his wings has become a habit like chewing your nails and yes I am sure it hurts!
His name.........Toby. Don't ask me why, don't know.
About the video...great idea but I no longer have a video camera:)

I'm never any good at guessing.

But I'm glad to have introduced you to the term of "De-Lurking." And thus, to the term of "Lurking." One of the things I really dislike on the Net.

'Course, I'm such a blabbermouth that I always have something to say, in comments! LOL.

But I also take it too far to the other extreme. And get very upset when I don't read/comment in everyone who comes to my blogs. -sigh- And we all know that we do have a Real Life, along with a Net Life. So I am really trying to find a happy medium, with this issue.
