Movie Review

I haven't done a movie review in a long time because hubby and I no longer go to the movie on Friday as we did in the past but it came to me that I do still watch movies I get from netflex and if I watch one that I think it really good  I should share it....
Taking Chance

Great movie...get your box of Kleenex....
I  learned a lot from this movie that had never crossed my mind before.

Thanks for the suggestion. I may just have to give it a go.

This story hits close to home for me, as Chance was buried in Dubois, WY. "Taking Chance" had me sobbing, and I can't remember the last time that happened. It's a great story and movie.

looks like Kevin Bacon is the actor. I will have to write it down to remember the name. Peace

Have you seen the King's Speech? What do you think of that one? I've never seen this one.

I heard so much about this movie that when I couldn't find it to rent, I bought it online. I watched it and cried but for those who don't like to be depressed, it wasn't that kind of cry. Hubby came home and I watched it again with him. He wiped his eyes once or twice. The third time I watched it with younger son who is an old softie like me. I loaned it to my older son who was an active Marine (once a Marine, always a Marine) for 6 years. I didn't think I could watch it with him.

I believe this was released on HBO which is why many have never heard of it. It doesn't matter how you feel about any war or political views, that isn't what this is about.
