Around home

I am attempting to make myself some different and more healthy lunches so yesterday I fixed myself
This pork and bean salad

I don't know why I thought it might be good but it was.......fantastic! I cut the recipe in half since it was just for me and I ate the whole thing! Go here for the recipe.

Well I can't say that looks good to me - don't like pork or beans - TEEHEE - but I am glad for you.

Sounds good... on the pork and beans note... I have a grandson...so eats a can of beans in a snap!! He is only 8 and I find it so weird that someone so young loves them!? (you just want to be outside after he has had lunch!)

I had all the ingredients. I trust you. This salad is now chilling in my refrigerator. I took a taste before sealing the container and almost had Pork N'Bean salad for my breakfast. YUMMY! I might never make baked beans again. I did add a dash of mustard and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Thanks a bunch.

I need to copy your attempt to eat better and exercise more as my blood sugar has been running tooo high lately. Also, I use the grillin foil on the grill and you use the now still side which is the dull side however, when I line baking trays I aways put the shiny side of regular foil up so I guess we will have to check out the Reynolds Aluminum site to get the answer. Peace
