In the past year I have decided that I would go and get a pedicure once in a while but what a time I have had to find the right place. Most of them are being run by Chinese people and I don't mind that if I can understand them when they talk to me! My first experience wasn't a good one...not good English, not friendly and had a feeling not too clean but this last place was GREAT! I even got adventurous and had acrylic nails put on!! They are a little hard to get use to but I do feel all dressed up:)
My point is...if you want something keep looking until you find it. This isn't the exact place but it looked a bit like this and let me tell you...those massage chairs are heaven:)

I've never had a manicure!
You're right! If you don't find what you want, keep looking, never give up. That's goes for everything! Chatty
jeanmac you need to treat yourself to one!
hey that is a great looking nail salon. When I am getting a service, I want everything to be in English so I can understand what is going on. I think that is the polite thing to do.
BTW March in Tn is very unpredictable. The middle of March is usually the best time. But you still might need a jacket. Be sure to check the weather forcast just before you come. Peace
I'm afraid this frugal Okie would need to know how much that manicure cost.
A friend had a shoe repair business and a couple of individuals came in his shop. They told in English what repair work they needed done then they began to converse with each other in their language. My friend told them they could only speak English in his shop or he would not repair their shoes. He didn't know if they were planning to rob him or what.
