Charm Bracelet

I just bought this charm bracelet on ebay. It is travel themed and has 25 charms from all over the USA. I have traveled to almost all of the places and just never thought about doing this! I am so excited as will now add to it all the places I have been that there are no charms for and buy one for the places I go in the future!
It also has inspired me to start one for my grandaughter who is 10 yrs. It will be one of her Christmas presents:)

There is nothing like a mother's love - it''s not as strong as Christ's, but it's strong. You have to deny yourself - for the sake of your children. There is always hope. Thanks for writing. I don't have a clue other than this way - to respond to you! Hope it's okay. Chatty

I love charm bracelets. I don't have one, but I wish I did. Growing up, charm holders on necklaces was the big thing, and I still have mine!

What a lovely idea this is and how great that you won it on Ebay....A great way to remember where you have been and pretty, too! Thanks for your visit and your kind words!

I used to have a charm bracelet - when I was a teenager. I really enjoyed it. Each one of the little charms had a specific memory attached to it. My grandmother used to get me the best ones. I wonder where it is now. Surely I must have kept it.

By the way, the Question of the Day seems to be lagging again. I just can't seem to conjure up the energy to keep up with it. (Probably because I have too many other irons in the fire right now).

There are two other contributors, and we just aren't keeping it updated. I was wondering if you would like to be one of our contributing questioners? Maybe with a little more help, I could keep it going. Since it's a D-List compliant blog, I think it provides an easy and interesting way to build active links.

By the way, when you do comment there (or on any of my other blogs) - it's best to choose "other" and then put in your name and the url to one of your blogs, this way, your comment will count as a link. If you comment with your blogger id, the link will go to your blogger profile. (Does this sound about as clear as mud? Did I manage to be totally confusing?)

I also wanted to tell you that tonight I'm adding links to both of your blogs to my "friends" at Way Cool Pictures and Question of the Day. This is my way of saying "I appreciate you, thank you for your comments and your interest."

I am absolutely kicking myself. We went to an estate sale yesterday and I saw charms for most of the 50 states. I thought a moment about how neat it would be to buy the ones I've visited and add them to my old charm bracelet. The urge left me and I bought a mirror instead. Now I'm jealous of your bracelet and really sad for me. Perhaps eBay will have some charms for me and ideas for bracelets for our three granddaughters!

I had no idea that the charm bracelet would stir up so much interest but I am totally thrilled!
