If you have set any goal for yourself you have created a challenge. It could be anything..losing weight, learning to make a really good pie, sewing a skirt, finishing a book, growing a garden and etc.
For me right now.....it is making a baby hat on double pointed knitting needles. I have knitted it and ripped it out over and over and over again but low and behold I think I am finally making some progress. A challenge is good for the soul, after all if you don't fail a few times you will never win. What is your challenge?

You go girl - good for you not giving up!
Monica, I've never heard of double pointed needles - could you explain?
Good luck with the baby hat.
JeanMac it is like using a circular needle but instead you use four separate needles...here is a video for you to see:)

Thanks for your interest....
I cannot knit, but I do crochet a little. One of my challenges right now is to make gifts of crocheted nylon scrubbies to take to Colorado the end of this month. Of course my list of things to do before the trip is huge and here I sit in front of my computer again:)
My challenge for today.... housework! I have to get the house cleaned ready for my DIL's mum who will come to stay for a couple of days when my DIL produces her new baby (my new grandbaby!!) next week.... well, I hope it will be next week. Any bets on a boy or a girl?
