ICE

Following a disaster in London, the Ambulance Service launched a national "In case of Emergency (ICE)" worldwide campaign.
The idea is that you store the word " I C E " in your mobile phone address book, and against it enter the number of the person you would want to be contacted "In Case of Emergency".
In an emergency situation ambulance and hospital staff will then be able to quickly find out who your next of kin are and be able to contact them.
For more than one contact name ICE1, ICE2, ICE3 etc.
It’s a life saving tidbit for today.

Good tip. I do have an ICE number in my phone but had not thought of ICE12or 3.
All I know about volleyball is what is shown on TV. It is always fun to watch children and grandkids play. Peace

Changes! Love your new, inspirational site and I'll link to it when you say it's okay! It's really good for me at this time as I tend to get a little down and out because of the political clime.
I love that you are pointing out that one person can make a change and giving people a venue for inspiring one another.
You go girl! And thank you for posting my comment to get the ball rolling!

Thank you too for the armchair travel to places I'll never get to see first hand. It's lovely to come here to learn about another country while listening to yourbeautiful music.
al selection.
Oh, and I'll try to make my email available:)

I have the ICE on mine too - but like the first person - never thought of 1 2 or 3.
