Not a Christian nation?

Here is video of President Obama declaring we are not a Christian nation...........(you will need to turn off the music to hear this)
Perhaps he has never visited the Washington Monument, where 555 feet high, over looking the 69 square miles which comprise the District of Columbia, Capitol of the United States of America, where our President currently resides.....is inscribed "Laus Deo!"
Italian for 'Praise be to God".
Within the monument there are 898 steps and 50 landings (a problem for me but not our slim and fit President) you will find on the 12th landing a prayer offered by the City of Baltimore; on the 20th is a memorial presented by some Chinese Christians; on the 24th a presentation made by Sunday School children from New York and Philadelphia quoting Proverbs 10:7, Luke 18:16 and Proverbs 22:6. When the cornerstone of the Washington Monument was laid on July 4th 1848 deposited within it were many items including the Holy Bible presented by the Bible Society.

Many, many more examples of Christian representation can be found throughout the capital if you want to search it out....check out the Supreme Court
"One Nation under God" is not a nation of many.............
To further state my position I ask you to take the time to read each State Constitution preamble....You will find that each and every one of our fifty States referenced God in their Constitutions.

Arizona 1911, Preamble, We, the people of the State of Arizona, grateful to Almighty God for our liberties, do ordain their Constitution...............

Go here to see what your state Preamble says.

People have shed their blood to protect the right of America to be represented by our established Constitution and the ideals we have been built upon.
General McChrystal was fired for not representing the President with honor (as he should have been) but the President can totally misrepresent our country as some kind of ideal and all is quiet on the home front?
Houston, we've got a problem.................

I have seen that video before and it makes me angry as I studied American History and how religion played an important part and it was Chritianity religion and never any other was mentioned throughout the class. We as Americans need to take America back. On the news today Obama disagreed with all the other leaders at the Canada meeting and insisted we still need to spend. I guess you can afford to spend if it is not your money.
May God be with our Country as we need him more than ever before in my lifetime. Peace

We are a Nation of open arms and open hearts. We welcome and embrace all religious practices into our melting pot. It is only because we are a Christian Nation that we do this. What non-Christian Nations embrace and welcome Christianity in their countries?
