High Noon

Week-end before last we went to the annual gun show in Las Vegas. I did not take any pictures because we have been there so many times there isn't anything I haven't shared but this past week-end we were at the annual High Noon show in Mesa, Az. and there is always something different to share there...the big question is....do they really sell these things and if so who to?

Finally

Hubby and I  put our affairs in order with a trust many years ago but I have always felt the need to leave a
 

book with all the information put together.

Well, I found this web site http://iagenweb.org/johnson/whatmyfamilyshouldknow.htm and have been busy gathering lots of information. You know it is amazing the things you are not sure of/have forgotten and the things you think you have and can not find:)

Although a little messy from just finishing a volleyball tournament this is
Grand daughters beautiful hair and she is growing it even longer to donate to Locks of Love.

Her, her mom and I all had lunch together and we shared this wonderful desert...

The name of the restaurant is Betty's Nosh and they are known for their mushroom bar .....thus the cookie on top that looks like a mushroom.

 

 



 

Unusual

Gibraltar International Airport

Notice the water on both ends of the runway......... but that's not the scariest part.....



 Winston Churchill Avenue (the main road heading towards the land border with Spain) intersects the airport runway, so consequently has to be closed every time a plane lands or departs.
 

 

Think it is rarely used? Think again........In 2004 the airport handled 314,375 passengers and 380 tons of cargo.

It works!

I read online that you could take those left over green onions and put them in a jar of water and they would grow!

Second update: Thanks to Dana's instructions I can now upload photo's with the HTML:)


Update:
It was suggested to me that I upload my photo's through html but truthfully it seemed complicated to accomplish so I have down loaded the Picasa program and think I may be able to post using this until the problem is hopefully fixed.



When I go to post a picture it doesn't access my pictures on my computer but rather gives me choices I do not want...anyone else having this problem?
