Ironically, I just learned this tidbit last week. My great-granddaughter loves avocado but it frustrated me that they turned brown so quickly after cutting them. Now I leave the seed in, and cut around it, and they last much longer. Thank you for your tidbits, they are much appreciated. Hugs, ~Jo
