Got this in the mail last week and you are to go online and fill out the questioner and after doing that it stated that if you were 70 or over you were automatically excused!!!! Yahoo I am 70 1/2 .
that is good if you do not want to serve!! i wonder if they think people over 70 are not competent or maybe it is a courtesy for older people getting to court. i personally would rather have "older / experienced" jurors than a couple of millenniums!!! i never served when i was a nurse, we were automatically excused. now i can't drive and have a permanent exclusion!!
If you weren't up to going....then that is good news, ha ha LOL!! I didn't even know they had that rule, I wonder if it's the same in all states? Hope your new week is starting off well! How is your weather there? We sure had a beautiful weekend here, very nice and in the 70s
