Cooked a kielbasa and cabbage dish like before but in foil packets. I think I prefer the other way best but the real hit was the side dish. I bought a package of precut melon slices and then I saw this package of almonds and cranberries
and sprinkled some over the fruit....yum!

I’ve not seen that topping but I’ll sure be looking for it! That would be good on yogurt too! I love cabbage but somehow I forget about it in the summer. Fried cabbage is my favorite.....and it’s not really fried at all!

everything looks fresh and delicious. i use those sliced almonds for everything and have had this combo in regular salads and chicken salad and it is so good!!
