A-Z Challenge Recipes letter Q

Easy Quiche

 
1 C. bisquick
4 eggs
2 C. grated raw zucchini
1 C. cheese (1/2 each of jack and cheddar)
Salt and Pepper
 
Beat eggs slightly; add all other ingredients and blend well. Spray 10" pie dish with pam. Pour mixture in and bake at 325 for 35 min. or until firm.

    Where have I been??? Already to the letter Q. I don't believe I have ever heard the words "easy" and "Quiche" in the same sentence. Love this idea. Now I better catch up with the others.
