A-Z Challenge Letter I


 

Italian Dressing (homemade)




Mix together 1 1/2 C. salad oil, 1 C. white vinegar, 1/4 C sugar, 1/2 C. finely minced onion, 3 tsp. dry basil and 3 tsp. oregano.

Will keep in the refrigerator for months. Shake well before serving.

  4. I've been making more and more of my own salad dressings. They're easy to make and taste better than bottled dressings. This one sounds good.
