For a single serving:
All of the below and as much as you want....
Cooked stir fry frozen vegetables
Cooked white rice
Pre-cooked frozen jumbo shrimp thawed and sliced into chunks.
Mix all together and heat through. Add a little soy sauce to taste.

Yum!
