I armed myself


So what did I do yesterday?


Had lunch with a friend that included clam chowder
 and hush puppies.....

 
 
and on my way home.......





I armed myself....


and I even added the vaccination for shingles.

It is worth a sore arm.

    Flu shots are not given around here before October, but I will definitely get one. I got the Shingles shot two years ago and agree that it's important.

    Is it flu shot time again? AND while that shingles shot is $$$ - trust me - I have had the shingles - it is worth it. sandie

    I'll take the clam chowder and hush puppies and pass on the shots. Actually I had some awful shots in my fingers yesterday for trigger finger again. Soon we'll get our flu shots but so far we have passed on the shingles shot. There is still a bit of controversy on that one.

    Good for you! I had my shingles shot last year..I am certain I won't regret it. Shingles are nasty. As far as I know Flu shots are not available yet in our area:)
