Sleep tight

Do you know how "Sleep tight" got started?


























































It comes from the fact that early mattresses were filled with straw and held up with rope stretched across the bedframe. A tight sleep was a comfortable sleep.

    Well that was interesting!! did you know about the old saying "and don't let the bedbugs bite" was because people really did get bit by those things, ha ha LOL
